We consist of a group of business owners/operators, who have been in business and working together since 1997.

All of our operators (home based business owners/sole proprietors, of which N.E.W. ANSWERING SERVICE, LLC is a part of), have been working in this industry for 20+ years.

We are a dedicated group whose goal is in longevity with our customers. Our customer turn over is next to none. If you have questions, or “special needs” … ask us … if we can come up with a plan that is satisfactory for you and workable for us … we’ll do it! …

Supplying us with enough information for your account will help us to better serve you. In some client cases our position is more in the off premise receptionist area, than as an answering service operator.

*There are options with your telephone company, (delayed call forward, call forward busy) that are utilized by many of our customers, who prefer a ‘live’ receptionist opposed to voice mail. By using these optional services with your telephone service provider, you can enhance your business, with an ‘OFF PREMISE’ receptionist. When your office staff is busy with customers, or has to run to the ‘stock’ room to check on something and the telephone rings, you can have the overflow call ring over to the answering service. We will take a message and fax or ‘email’ it to your office. The caller is satisfied knowing that someone has their message in hand ‘now’. Voice mail or answering machines can not distinguish if the call is urgent or routine. Your ‘OFF PREMISE’ receptionist can! Less calls to your competitors!
